With seven Duramax torch styles, this model enables you to effortlessly tackle hand cutting, portable automation, x-y table cutting, as well as robotic cutting and gouging applications.
Equipped with Smart Sense™ technology, the Hypertherm Powermax 105 without CPC port automatically adjusts the gas pressure based on the cutting mode and torch lead length. It also features electrode end-of-life detection, providing added safety by automatically shutting off power to the torch, preventing potential damage to other components or the workpiece.

The Powermax 105 has a full-length and mini machine torch for use with various CNC (computer numerical controller) and THC (torch height controller) machines. These torches can safely be used for semi-automated and fully automated welding. Be sure to follow all operating guides for recommended height, power, and speed adjustments.
Hypertherm automated and semi-automated welding includes cutting, piercing, and gouging applications. The machine torches can fit into universal mounting brackets to attach to automated systems.
