Auto-Speed Technology Saves Fuel and Reduces Noise
Unlike other machines that run full-out at 3,600 rpm whether it’s needed or not, Miller’s proprietary Auto-Speed feature automatically adjusts engine speed to the welding task at hand. You spend less on fuel and less time refueling, which leaves more time for getting the job done. The worksite isn’t as noisy, either, so you can start earlier and work later in noise-sensitive areas.
Cleaner, Stronger Generator Power
In tandem with a 25 hp Kohler engine, the Trailblazer 325 gives you 12,000 watts of Accu-Rated™ power—proven to deliver uninterrupted peak output for a minimum of 30 seconds for big loads. With no interaction between your tools and the welding arc and advanced generator technology to virtually eliminate power spikes, you get cleaner welds and uninterrupted power to jobsite tools.
Greater Portability
Smaller and lighter than comparably powered equipment, the Trailblazer is easier to move and takes up less space on work trucks.
Excel™ Power (optional)
Miller’s exclusive Excel Power provides a full 2,400 watts (20 A) of 120 V inverter-based, pure sine wave power at idle. This allows you to operate grinders and other jobsite tools at quiet, fuel-efficient engine speeds. Better fuel efficiency, less time refueling, and lower noise and exhaust levels. You can’t beat it.
Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) (optional)
Adding EFI to the Trailblazer enables faster, more reliable starts without the need for choke adjustments. EFI also raises fuel efficiency as much as 42% over standard carbureted models. That’s money in your pocket.
