How to Lubricate Shunt Block and Anti-Noise Adjustment:

Apply Grease.
Apply light coating of high-temperature grease to shaded areas of both shunt blocks.
Install Handle and pin.
Install amperage control handle and locking pin. Turn handle to spread grease evenly.
If Vibration Exists.
If shunt block vibrates and becomes noisy, tighten adjustment screws ¼ turn.
Tighten and Adjust.
Install wrapper, handle, pin, and turn ON unit. Repeat steps ¾ until noise stops. Do not overtighten.
Reinstall parts.
Reinstall wrapper, handle, and pin.
