Welder Supply is not responsible or liable for any misfortune, hardships, or injury resulting from the use of this site or products purchased.
Welders Supply Company is not liable for:
a) Products damaged by the shipping company
b) Packages delivered but not received by the customer
Please contact the shipping company for lost and damaged claims. Contact your local police department for items stolen after delivery.

At Welders Supply, our expectation is that each customer is served fairly and efficiently with quality products. If you are unsatisfied with any product up to 14 days after delivery of your order, you may return them for an exchange, credit, or refund. Packages must be returned:
- Freight paid,
- In original packaging,
- With all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included,
- In new, salable condition.
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. A restocking fee of up to 25% of your order may be applied based on the returned condition. Demo or used products cannot be returned.
Welders Supply Company reserves the right to refuse any return:
- Special or custom orders,
- Due to extreme circumstances (health crisis, natural disaster),
- Types of product (i.e. certain personal protective equipment “PPE” such as facemasks, helmets, glasses, caps, etc.)
Please call customer service at 844-682-0205 for return approval. We will not refund items without refund permission from our customer service department.
By acceptance and use of the goods specified on invoice, purchaser (Vendee) accepts and agrees to be bound by the following conditions. 1. The cylinders, fittings and caps covered by this invoice are loaned by vendor to vendee. Not sold, and are to be returned to the vendor in good condition and repair within (30) days from date of shipment. Vendee shall pay rental at vendors standard published rate per month per cylinder. On demand vendee shall pay to vendor the fair value of cylinders, fittings and caps lost or damaged before returned to vendor. Vendor shall be sole judge of whether or not such damage can be repaired. 2.The vendee shall not loan or refill or cause to be loaned or refilled the cylinders furnished by the vendor. 3. The vendee shall pay to the vendor upon demand the value of any cylinder, fittings or caps lost, destroyed or damaged through any cause whatsoever or not returned to the vendor within six (6) months from the date of shipment to the vendee. Or, if damaged can be repaired, the cost of making such repair. 4. Federal state or local taxes, if any, shall be the responsibility of the vendee.
Products are usually shipped via UPS Ground Service unless you request a special shipping method. Please contact us at 1-844-682-0205 to request special shipping. We are happy to use your shipping account if necessary. Larger equipment (generally over 100lbs) is shipped via a freight truck. You must be able to unload the product yourself via a lift truck or dock. You may also pick up the product at the closest freight terminal for the shipping company. Freight companies can provide lift gate service in most locations but you would be responsible for any extra charges.
How to Report Damaged Goods
Please inspect all packages for damage before accepting the shipment. Do not accept delivery of the product if you know the product is damaged. If you receive any goods that have concealed damaged in shipping please contact us at 1-844-682-0205. Please have your order number and contact information when calling. Please note, you must save the carton for UPS inspection.

Welder Supply only collects information provided by you, the website user, when you place an order for our products or services, register on our site or create a member account, subscribe to our newsletters, or fill out contact forms. Currency in which transactions on WelderSupply.com will be conducted is in United States currency.
