The maximum comfort consists of three characteristics; Wide range of adjustable air flow rates from 150 to 250 nl/min. as well as the constant air flow results in best comfort for the welder. This comfort means best possible concentration on the work process and less fatigue which in turn leads to best welding quality. Secondly, the high flow rate of 250l/min. enables to benefit from the high comfort level even at ambient high-temperature conditions. Thirdly, the variable adjustment of the air flow distribution of the e600 helmets is another significant contributor to the maximum comfort.
