Genuine Miller® MDX-250 EZ-Select™ 15 foot MIG gun with AccuLock™ S consumables features trigger program select with LED indicators, which allows you to toggle between up to four welding programs without walking back to your welding machine. It is specifically designed to maximize the capabilities of the Millermatic® 255 MIG welder and Multimatic™ 255 multi-process welder, especially when using pulsed MIG welding programs.

The MDX-250 EZ-Select MIG gun comes standard with longer life, industrial AccuLock™ S consumables. It has an ergonomically designed handle with rear swivel and cable strain relief. It is rated at 250 amps at 100% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas. The MDX-250 EZ-Select comes ready to feed .035-.045 diameter MIG welding wire.

Trigger program select - Conveniently select from up to four weld programs by tapping the MIG gun trigger rather than wasting time walking back to the machine. To help avoid errors, LED lights on the handle indicate the current program selection.

Durable, ergonomic handle - Durable handle features rubber overmolding for improved grip and rear swivel to reduce welder fatigue.

Superior AccuLock™ wire feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to the contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter —no measuring required!
