This Miller welding gun is designed for use with all PipeWorx Welding Systems. It provides quick neck exchangeability, typically during production processes. The Miller PipeWorx 300 is compatible with all Miller PipeWorx Welding Machines.

How to Install Pipeworx Gun:

Check Parts.
Make sure that your gun has the correctly matched parts.

Turn OFF Power.
Turn off all power before installation.

Prepare Gun and Cable.
Fully extend gun and cable. Press liner fully into power pin. Safely expose about 2” of electrode beyond feeder.

Connect Power Pin.
Connect the power pin by sliding electrode into liner per manufacturer instructions. Attach all wires and hoses as needed.

Remove Nozzle and Tip.
Remove Nozzle from head assembly. Pull contact tip from head/gas diffuser.

Feed Electrodes.
Safely feed electrodes through the gun and about 1” beyond head. Reinstall contract tip and nozzle.
