Miller Dynasty® 400 TIGRunner AC/DC TIG Welder, 208-600 V #907950001

The Dynasty® 400 TIGRunner pairs the Dynasty 400 AC/DC TIG and Stick inverter with a Coolmate™ PRO 4 water cooler and a four-wheel Runner cart. The welder puts out 3 to 400 amps and handles aluminum and steel up to 5/8 inch thick. Add coolant and a water-cooled torch and the system is ready for long, high-amperage TIG runs in the shop.

Highlights

• Water-Cooled System on One Cart: The welder and Coolmate PRO 4 ride together on the Runner cart, so the whole setup moves around the shop as one unit.
• Cooler Power Supply (CPS): The Dynasty 400 powers the Coolmate PRO 4 through its own dedicated receptacle. No separate outlet is needed for the cooler.
• Auto-Line™ Technology: Connects to single-phase or three-phase primary power from 208 to 600 V with no manual linking, including dirty or unreliable power.
• Advanced AC TIG Controls: Independent EP and EN amperage, extended AC balance, and 20 to 400 Hz AC frequency control heat input, oxide cleaning, and arc width on aluminum.
• Four AC Waveforms: Advanced Squarewave, Soft Squarewave, Sine, and Triangular waveforms let operators match the arc to the joint and material thickness.
• High-Speed DC Pulse: Pulses up to 5,000 times per second for arc stability and less heat input and warpage on stainless and exotic metals.
• QuietPulse™: Sine or Triangular pulse waveshapes produce the quietest pulsed arc.
• Program Memory and Locks/Limits: Save up to 99 named programs, transfer them by USB, and keep operators inside the WPS with locked parameter ranges.
• Pro-Set™: Returns balance, frequency, pulse, and DIG to proven presets with one press.
• Blue Lightning™ HF Arc Starter: Consistent non-contact arc starts with better reliability than conventional HF starters.
• Stick Capability: Adjustable DIG for 7018 or 6010 electrodes, with Hot Start™ to prevent sticking.
