At Welders Supply, our expectation is that each customer is served fairly and efficiently with quality products. If you are unsatisfied with any product up to 14 days after delivery of your order, you may return it for an exchange, credit, or refund. Packages must be returned: freight paid, in original packaging, with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included, in new, salable condition. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. A restocking fee of up to 25% of your order may be applied based on the returned condition. Demo or used products cannot be returned.
