Miller Dynasty® 800 AC/DC TIG Welder, 208-600 V #907951

The Miller Dynasty® 800 is a high-output AC/DC TIG and Stick inverter that welds aluminum and steel up to 1 inch thick. It covers 5 to 800 amps and is rated at 600 amps at 60% duty cycle. Auto-Line™ lets it run on single-phase or three-phase power from 208 to 600 V, and program memory with locks and limits keeps production welds consistent.

• Four AC Waveforms: Advanced Squarewave for deep penetration and fast travel, Soft Squarewave for puddle control, Sine for a quiet traditional arc, and Triangular for lower heat input on thin aluminum.
• High-Speed DC Pulse: Pulses up to 5,000 times per second to improve arc stability and cut heat input and warpage on stainless and exotic metals.
• QuietPulse™: Sine or Triangular pulse waveshapes smooth the change between peak and background amperage for the quietest pulsed arc.
• Program Memory: Name, save, and recall up to 99 weld programs. Transfer them between machines through the USB port.
• Locks and Limits: Sets allowable parameter ranges so operators stay within the WPS.
• Pro-Set™: Returns balance, frequency, pulse, and DIG settings to proven presets with one press.
• Blue Lightning™ HF Arc Starter: Consistent non-contact arc starts with better reliability than conventional high-frequency starters.
• Stick and Gouging: Adjustable DIG and Hot Start™ for 7018 and 6010 electrodes, plus carbon arc gouging up to 3/8 inch.
• Cooler Power Supply (CPS): A dedicated receptacle powers the Coolmate™ PRO 4 water cooler directly from the welder.
