Miller Syncrowave 250DX Welder #951117
The Miller Syncrowave 250DX Welder has proven itself over and over again to be the best TIG welder for the most demanding application. It's perfect for precision metal fabrication, maintenance and repair, light and heavy manufacturing, aerospace, and many more.
This welder features Squarewave technology. This technology provides arc stability when welding aluminum, eliminates arc rectification, and prevents tungsten erosion.
The Syncro Start allows the choice of Soft, Standard or Hot TIG starts depending on your applications lead lengths and tungsten size.
A convenient features is the last procedure recall. This simplifies changing your Syncrowave back and forth between aluminum TIG to stainless TIG to Stick welding. It only requires one switch. To improve oxide removal (more cleaning) or less cleaning based on the material being welded, the balance control allows this to be adjustable.
Digital welding meters. To ensure greater accuracy and repeatability of your welding procedures, the amperage, voltage and preset values are digitally displayed.
Adaptive Hot Start. For Stick welding it features Adaptive Hot Start to provide good arc strikes with no sticking. The DIG control dynamically adjusts to the welder to ensure deep and smooth penetration.
