Allows adjustments for preflow, postflow, start, and crater providing higher quality welds.
True Torque Feed Motor
Push-pull design provides continuous push force to the wire while the gun motor controls the speed at the gun. The motors work together to provide accurate and positive wire feed speed without wire shaving or deformation.
Trigger Hold
Reduce fatigue by allowing operators to weld without holding gun trigger.
Wire Jog Control
Allows wire to be threaded through gun cable without energizing weld output.
Adjustable Wire Run-in Control
Allows arc start fine tuning and reduces wire stubbing or arc flaring which can result in contact tip burnback.

Q - What is the difference between this and the XR-S?
A - The XR-D has the same features as the XR-S, but it adds a digital weld voltage display and a remote voltage control. It also has an improved programmable interface for preflow/postflow and the start and crater settings.
