The Big Blue 800 duo Air Pak is Miller’s most powerful and portable generator to date—and the most powerful T4F diesel welder/generator/air compressor in the industry. The heavy-duty, low-speed DEUTZ diesel engine is also the cleanest diesel power available. Rated at 800 amperage and 27,000 watts of generator power, the Big Blue 800 Duo Air Pak (Deutz) has the capability to run up to four independent welders. With more arcs and better fuel economy, it delivers an average 34% savings with a dual-operator unit versus two single-operator units. 

With its robust output for both welding and power generation, the Big Blue 800 Duo Air Pak is ideal for dual-function applications on both labor-intensive job sites and locations with limited space. A truck mountable version is also available, with controls easily accessible even when mounted on the bed of a large truck.

User-Friendly Electronic Engine Display

Miller’s unique electronic engine display simultaneously displays:

• Fuel level
• Coolant temperature
• Oil pressure
• Battery volts
• Engine RPMs
• Hours of use

In addition to monitoring all of the above, it also tracks the time between oil changes and displays engine diagnostics to facilitate routine servicing.

Clean & Green Diesel Power

The Big Blue #907535 is equipped with the DEUTZ T4F industrial diesel engine with Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) technology for cleaner air with no exhaust after-treatment maintenance required.

Powerful & Reliable Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor

The Big Blue 800 features an ultra-reliable Ingersoll Rand rotary screw air compressor with a 30,000-hour life expectancy. It's equipped with an independent on/off control for when you don't need compressed air. Shut it off when not needed to conserve fuel and minimize maintenance, then just flick it back on when you need compressed air.

Safety Features

• Low OCV stick (CRD) use. Reduces open circuit to 15 volts when not in use.
• Thermal overload protection. Prevents the machine from becoming damaged due to a duty cycle overload/excess and blockage of the airflow.
• Remote oil drain. Easy and quick replacement of generator and compressor oil.

Welder Truck Specific Models

You may purchase the Big Blue Duo Air Pak as a welder truck-specific model. Critical controls are easily accessible from an operator on the ground when the welder is mounted in the bed of a truck. The welder truck-specific version includes standard hardware upgrades, including air cleaner restriction indicators, a lockable flame arrester fuel cap and spark arrester. A desiccant air dryer system is also available as a factory option.
