I'm a 798 Pipeliner. I have always been a die hard Lincoln man. It was time for me to purchase a new machine. I tested out side by side the same day the Lincoln SAE 300 Mp, MP Classic & the Miller Big Blue 400. I have just put the Big Blue 400 Pro on my welding rig. The Miller offered so much more control on the settings then the Lincoln. The price value for what the Miller offered compared to the Lincoln was much better. And the new Wireless Interface remote system is outstanding. With this remote you can adjust any setting on the fly from the ditch that you could do standing in front of the machine. I made fun & insulted my friends (in a friendly manner) when they bought their Miller's. Now it's their turn, they are killing me:)

I typically use my machine on all types of metal mainly pipeline construction. It welds great and has so many options to use. Has great generator power as well to use on farm repair projects.

Purchased this for American Welding Academy welding school. We are using this to give students a "real " feel of what it is like welding on an engine driven machine. They love it. This is a sweet machine that can be dialed in for just about any job. Love Miller and Big Blue!!
