Q - What is the output rating on this? A - Up to 280 amps for TIG and Stick welding.

Q - What's the thickest it can weld? A - Miller specs say it will weld up 3/8" thick material.

How to connect cooler:

Connect TIG Torch.
Connect TIG yorch to electrode weld output terminal.
Gas Connection.
Connect TIG torch gas hose to gas out fitting.
Work Lead Connection.
Connect work lead to work weld output terminal.
Water Out Connection.
Connect torch water supply (blue) hose to the coolers water-out connection.
Water-In Connection.
Connect torch water return (red) hose to the coolers water-in connection.

How to Set Up Your Miller Dynasty 280 DX (CPS) TIGRunner®

Make the Connections
Connect the work lead and the feeder power cable to the appropriate terminals on the power source, using supplied Tweco to Dinse adapters if necessary.
Attach the Clamp and Leads
Attach the work clamp and feeder volt sense leads to the table or the welding item.
Set Polarity and Mode
Ensure the polarity is set to DC and select the V-Sense mode on the front of the Dynasty.
Connect the Volt Sense Clamp
The feeder will only power up if the volt sense clamp is connected and the unit is in V-Sense mode
Adjust Voltage and Wire Feed Speed
Set the desired voltage on the primary power supply, monitor the arc voltage on the feeder meters while welding, and adjust the wire feed speed on the front of the feeder to begin welding.
