Q - Can this be powered by a generator? A - Yes, but to run the machine at 100% duty cycle at 450 amps you need at least a 20 kva generator.

Q - What does MPa stand for? A - M is for MIG, P for Pulse, and "a" is for Advanced Arc Control, which enables a better pulse welding arc as well as a more stable arc at very low arc lengths. This reduces heat input and allows for welding a wider range of material thicknesses.
